STORY
U-Report partnering with Super Buddies
Super Buddies Club, a non-profit making organization established in 2006 and officially registered by the government of Swaziland in 2008. Super Buddies Club, a non-profit making organization based in Swaziland that was established to address HIV and AIDS incidences among adolescents and youth, child abuse, teenage pregnancy among others these challenges are addressed through a peer education programme implemented in almost 60 schools located in the four regions of the country.

A weekly youth radio show dubbed Euthology is aired every Saturday on SIBS 2 from 10:10. The program gives young people the opportunity to discuss issues of behaviour and in all the issues young people give feedback through the call-in programme, text messages, social network platforms and the street interviews.

The presenters together with guests that are invited to be part of the panel discuss issues live in the studio, critically analyzing the topic at hand and responding to questions from listeners. Euthology tries to make sure the messages are structured in such a way that young people understand it and get to voice their views and concerns. The presenters also add humour which kills the tension and makes the show more interactive, entertaining and educational. Issues discussed include sexual relationships, gender based violence, drugs and substance abuse, sexual reproductive health among others.

See by the numbers how we are engaging youth voices for positive social change.
